2. Shipping Destinations

United States

  • We currently ship within the Continental U.S. (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 6 to 11 business days from the time you place your order. This includes 1 to 3 business days of handling and 5 to 8 business days of carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If an item requires additional processing time, the product page will indicate the estimated delivery timeframe. That estimate will take precedence over the general shipping timeline above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping providers based on destination and package size.

Shipment Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Insurance

Shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. Please contact us immediately if you experience any shipping issues.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Contact us so we can assist with opening a carrier trace.

Damaged Packages

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

8. Missing Items

If your shipment is missing any items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with the missing item details. We will promptly send the missing item or issue an appropriate refund.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most eligible items. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Certain items may not qualify for return. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
  • Refund Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

10. Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. SmartLuxeCollective is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
